Your Smoky Mountain Base Camp
Just one mile off the Parkway and five miles from Dollywood, Sweet Escape spreads across three spacious levels built for large groups who came to actually be together.
Six king bedrooms, each with a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Two full game zones loaded with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, an X-Men arcade, a game console, and life-size games.
A private hot tub on the deck for late-night laughs, and seasonal access to the resort swimming pool. There is also a dedicated kids' playroom, ramp access to the main floor, and flat parking for up to eight vehicles including trailers.
Spend your days riding coasters at Dollywood, wandering The Island, or chasing waterfalls in the national park. Come back to a cabin that keeps everyone busy until bedtime.
This is what 34 people look like when they are not bored.
Inside the Cabin

What Makes It Special
Year-round hot tub right off the covered deck. Morning soak, midnight soak, there is never a wrong time.
Seasonal access to the resort community pool, open mid-May through September. Summer days here are a full day's activity on their own.
Pool table, foosball, air hockey, X-Men arcade, a game console, and life-size games. Spread across two separate rooms so the adults and kids can compete in peace.
Every king bedroom has its own fireplace and en-suite Jacuzzi tub. Six of them. The group dynamic at Sweet Escape is more spa than cabin.
A dedicated kids' playroom, high chair, Pack 'n Play, children's dinnerware, books and toys. Traveling with little ones is genuinely easy here.
Ramp access to the main floor, two wheelchair-friendly king suites, and grab bars in the bathrooms. Sweet Escape is built for everyone.

Guest Reviews
Real guests. Real stays. Here's what they said.
We brought 28 people for a family reunion and I was honestly nervous about whether a cabin could actually handle that. Sweet Escape handled it with room to spare. Three levels meant nobody was ever on top of each other, the game rooms kept the teens and the competitive uncles busy for hours, and the hot tub was running both nights until midnight. Dollywood is genuinely five miles away. We did two days there and still had time for the national park. Already planning to come back next fall.
We booked this for a multi-family trip with 30 guests across three families and it was flawless. Every king room has its own Jacuzzi and fireplace, so the adults felt like they were at a spa. The kids had the playroom and the bunk rooms and never once complained of being bored. The kitchen and dining setup easily handled cooking for the whole group. Polaris was quick to respond to every question before and during the trip. This is exactly what a large group rental should look like.
Our church group of 34 stayed here for a long weekend retreat and it could not have gone better. The ramp access and wheelchair-friendly main floor made it accessible for everyone in our group, which matters a lot to us. The game rooms gave people something to do all evening, the hot tub was a huge hit, and the covered deck with rocking chairs is where most of the real conversations happened. Being one mile off the Parkway is unbeatable for a group this size. We'll be back.
